Responsibilities:
• Design reporting solutions including dashboard PowerBI Development; Analyze and interpret data
• Build and maintain data pipelines & ETLs as appropriate

Qualifications:

This position typically provides application expertise and support for a limited number of system applications/business functions. This position plays a key role in designing, encoding, testing and documenting the development and modification of applications. In addition, this position assumes a leadership role on medium-size projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide project leadership for all elements of the Timekeeping implementation project by obtaining a deep understanding of the technical solution and ensuring that a complete solution is created for the business.
• Establish a detailed understanding of the timekeeping business needs and apply project best practices.
• Create and maintain the overall project plan and status reporting, as well as, plan and lead team, executive and vendor meetings.
• Create and maintain required status reporting, change management, training and other end-user communications.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related area, or the equivalent through a combination of education and work experience.

• Implementation Experience with Kronos- Workforce Central and/or Kronos Dimensions preferred
• Five years project leadership experience, including an understanding of standard timekeeping / payroll processes, best practices and applicable legal requirements.
• Prior experience with change management planning and creation of end-user training materials.
