Major objective(s) of the role:
- This person will be the Salesforce Business Analyst for a project that is underway to update the Salesforce application that is used by the Complaints and Appeals team, specifically when a referral needs to be generated to a dentist.

What you’ll do …
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Product and Program Managers as they deliver an outstanding experience for consumers using our Financial Products for their everyday financial needs.
As a Project Manager on the Financial Products team, you will be accountable for:
- Assist in the development of an End to End test program designed for validating how our financial products perform in our tax systems.
- Work closely with several Product Managers, engineers, and design associates supporting our five financial products.
- Create a service blueprint documenting the systems involved when customers interact with our financial products in our tax systems.
- Interviewing system owners to develop a data flow diagram indicating how data flows and what expected values should occur in downstream systems.
- Create a series of common client scenarios for our products with expected outcomes documented as they interact with our products. Compile this information into user stories to assist QA engineers in validation.
- Develop a project plan for annual implementation that can be used each year to validate performance. The project plan should include required QA resourcing, data needed for QA scenarios, expected outcomes, and a timeline targeting completion for release by January.
- Assist with all tasks necessary to successful product integration with tax systems. Execute any other product tasks as assigned.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record journal entries, reconcile complex ledger accounts and identify opportunities for improvement to processes or format.
- Understand business drivers and their effect on financial results to ensure business changes are accurately reflected in the financial statements, analysis and communication.
- Ensure accounting records, monthly accounting close activities, and variance analyses are adequately and properly prepared, maintained and explained in a timely manner.
- Ability to mine for, manipulate and manage large volumes of transactional level data.
- Reviews work submitted by Accountants and provides functional advice, guidance, and training.
- Use accounting concepts, experience, analytical skills and knowledge of industry to resolve issues in creative and effective ways and ensure that appropriate judgment is applied.
- Establishes, maintains, and coordinates the implementation of accounting control procedures.
- Produce accurate and timely ad-hoc reporting from multiple data sources to perform analysis. Must be able to validate and interpret results and summarize in a meaningful format.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects. Ability to understand business changes and articulate Accounting guidelines in support of effort. Identify, document and communicate the impact of new programs or system changes on existing accounting processes.
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
CPA preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Public accounting with Big 4 or second tier accounting firm.

Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Virtual Event Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on building awareness for suite of products and services through strategic event marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on virtual events and webinars. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a knack for both day-to-day execution and long-term strategy.
Events Marketing is seeking a year-long, full-time contractor position responsible for managing project delivery for virtual events and webinar projects with cross-functional project teams. Projects may be comprised of several departments, have high visibility, pressing schedules, and require negotiation skills to balance the needs of project stakeholders. Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and documenting project work and program documents.
Specific work duties include maintaining project plans, creating documentation around standard processes and programs, meeting preparation, communications, and other assigned projects. This contractor position will manage work utilizing standard project management methodologies, processes/procedures – projects have clear start/end dates; specific manpower resource allocations; budgets and are clearly identified as a “project” by the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in B2B marketing, preferred experience in virtual events.
- Strong Project Management skill set.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 with daily practice in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive work approach to anticipate needs and next steps. Independent worker who moves projects forward.
- Close partnership with Partner Marketing team members to ensure work is on time and progressing. This person will be an active project partner who will complete work as well as manage work.
- Provides input to project approach and steps to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Partners with Virtual Event Managers to support end-to-end project management of webinars, ensuring all timelines and objectives are managed and met.
- Supports work in webinar workstreams and executes tactical plans to achieve established goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Campaigns, Brand, Social, Paid Media to manage tasks and get work completed.
- Document completed project work in program guides, project plans and performance reporting.
- Manage communications and webinar calendars to promote internally.
- Manage lead flow for webinar post events and manage tasks associated with virtual event follow up.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
